Payment Methods
Secured Online Payment: When your request is submited through the booking form. Our instant reply email system will send to you the confirmation for receiving this. We will start to book the hotels, flights and related services. Once your booking has been made, we will send to you a Confirmation by email for acceptance and after that is the Invoice to require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. You have a right to re-check all the details agree with what you have booked. The following cards are accepted for payment: JCB, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Other payment: beside the Secured Online Payment mentioned above, if you don’t like it, we would like to recommend you some other method of payment such as: 1. Payment by Cash, Traveler Cheques or Credit Card (Applied if you are in Vietnam)
2. Payment by Bank Transfer to our banks (Applied in both cases you are in/ not in VN)
3. Payment by Credit Card with Authorization letter (Applied in both cases you are in/ not in VN)

If you are in Vietnam, you can come to our office to
settle the payment. Or our staff can come your office to
do the contract/ issue the travel ticket and collect the
money from you. If you are not in Hanoi, you can send
money by post/ bank transfer

We accept VISA, MARTER CARD. Please note
that there is a surcharge 3% of the bank fee for Visa
and Master card payment. Kindly follow the following
instructions to complete the payment process. After
receiving your, we will send you an invoice for your
accounting purpose by fax or email.
- Print out the Form of Authorization letter and fill out all required information.
- Please enclose: one copy paper
of the credit card (both side) and one copy of the
passport (first page) with identify and photo.
- Print out the Letter of Approval and fill out all required information
(except the date)
